Mr.Permit started by helping a friend work through the permitting process for a medical office project that had stalled in approvals and requirements. What began as a simple favor turned into a closer look at how often projects slow down—not because of design issues, but because of process, documentation, and municipal coordination.
With over six years of experience working across Palm Beach and Broward Counties, the work has centered on helping clients make sense of what’s required, communicating with municipalities, and keeping projects moving forward in a steady, organized way.
